You can use several databases in D2M and keep the last 3 of them you used in a shortcut toolbar. These databases can be used for different subjects.
Pay attention : To use several databases, you must copy the empty database that was provided with the software in as many databases as you wish. we advise you to keep an empty database.
Exemple of how to use several databases :
- First database : Non conformities management for the quality department
- Second database : Non conformities management for the environmental department
- Third database : accidents and incidents management for the safety department
From the moment you open a new database, it overwrites the less recent database among the 3 that were recorded in the shortcut toolbar. We advise you to recall the databases you used.
